The film ‘s starting point is the unpopularity of François Hollande, a record for a president of the French Republic.

We wanted to recount the unique relationship that French people have with their head of state, François Hollande, starting in 2009, when a survey named him Mr. 3% of the Socialist Party until his press conference on 14 January 2014.

Nicolas Sarkozy has tired us with his overexposure in the media but François Hollande seems to govern too little…

Is it inevitable for French President, after few months in office, to be considered as no longer deemed fit to hold that position?

François Hollande is lower than ever.

Which categories of population did he loose? Is it related to his personality or his politics? Is it a sign of the times? Does public opinion oppose a motion of no confidence to whole politicians? It is interesting to note that the “normality” of François Hollande has not worked as antidote. Is he finished so far?

We have asked pollsters, observers, political commentator and communication specialists.
